Hello all, and welcome to the best one time (TV) Villain of the Sixth Doctor, were you expecting someone else? This is the continuation of 14 mini tournaments to find representatives for each Doctor before facing off in an ultimate one time villain death match!
How you vote is entirely up to you. Do you base it off how villainous they are? Which of the two would win in a head to head fight? Which story you like better? Do you factor in your feelings/portrayals in other mediums? To all those questions I leave it up to you and how you want to vote.
By my calculations there were 12 entries that qualified for the Sixth Doctor. See This post for any questions regarding criteria.
Also SPOILERS in case you haven’t gotten to/finished C. Baker’s era as some of these villains may be twists in that serial
Pictures will be provided for each matchup as well as links to their Tardis wiki profiles under Seedings

A new day dawns and an exciting competition is upon us. For today we have for you to pairs of dastardly Sixth Doctor villains.
Our first matchup sees the enigmatic Gallifreyan prosecutor known simply as the Railyard, oh forgive me Inquisitor Darkel I’ve been hanging around the Doctor too much. As I was saying we have the Stackyar… Valeyard! Going up against everyone’s favorites augmented andorgum Chessene o’ the Franzine Grig
Round 1, matchup 1
- The Valeyard
- Chessene o’ the Franzine Grig

Our second matchup sees Doland going up against Lord Mestor

I actually love the androgums, they’re brilliant and feel so unique. But can they really stand a chance against the Valeyard?

It pains me to vote against Jacqueline Pierce but the Valeyard is a great creation and Micheal Jayston is a fantastic actor (recently saw him in Tinker Tailer Soldier Spy—captivating)!

I really do like 2 doctors and the andorgums but … It’s the valeyard
Also insane that twin dilemma will probably win some stuff, but Mestor is a more unique villain than a slaver

I feel like the Valeyard vs basically any other 6 villain in this tournament is gonna be a clean sweep. It’s the Valeyard.

Yeah I wasn’t going to include him originally but when I had asked for feedback/if I was forgetting any people made the Argument for him and the flux villains for 13
But yeah I think it’ll be a rousing victory even if he’s a lower seed

I figure the Valeyard will win, but I had to give Chessene at least one vote considering she’s probably the best part of The Two Doctors.

And we are back with another exciting and frankly hopefully more competitive day than the first halves of our others have been starting to play out - granted neither should’ve been a surprise
The bri… Valeyard is crushing Chessene 22-1 and Lord Mestor is dominating Doland 19-3
Our matchups today let’s introduce them …
The mad scientist employed by the Lord - damn Sixie interacted with a lot of Lords… Sorry Lord Kiv it’s Crozier! facing off against the team trying to unlock time travel for the glory of the Sontaran Empire Group Marshal Stike and Major Varl
Round 1, matchup 3
- Crozier
- Group Marshal Stike/Major Varl
Summary
Our final first round matchup pits The Vervoids against the Borad
Summary
I get it in terms of plans and in an actual fight Sontarans are better than crozier. But crozier experiments damn that is what puts him over the edge, and it’s funny I’m voting for him because originally he wasnt included
For the second matchup maybe I’m misremembering both the Vervoids and borad. I know I find Timelash good (and Vervoids) but I thought he was at least a good/interesting/villain as opposed to the Vervoids who are just plant zombies lol and I don’t find interesting

Sorry for the delay folks this broadcast studio had some HUGE technical issues
So our first 4 matchups saw 3 blowouts and one fairly close result.
Chessene was no match for the Valeyard and the time lords even with the augmentations still no match and destroyed 27-1
Doland was devoured by his Vervoids and lost to Lord Mestor 21-5
Our second set of matchups concluded with Stike and Varl rampaging to find the secrets to time travel and destroying the scientist Crozier who couldn’t provide a solution 12-8
And lastly the Borad has been turned into a Vervoid losing 16-4
Our Quarterfinals begin today. With Varos’ Chief Officer taking on our favorite prosecutor the sc.. Valeyard
Quarterfinal 1
- Chief Officer of Varos
- The Valeyard
Summary
Our second matchup today see Drathro taking on Lord Mestor

I know Valeyard will sweep but I love Varos so if I have to be the only chief officer voter than so be it

I actually went into that with the same exact mentality

Well a bit past halftime and really did anyone expect anything else from our first two matchups? The valeyard destroying Chief Officer on Varos 19-2 and Drathro shutting out Lord Mestor 21 nil
Are we going to see anything closer in today’s matchups?
Our next quarterfinal sees Kara taking on the Sontaran Duo of Group Marshal Stike and Major Varl
Quarterfinal 3
- Kara
- Group Marshal Stike/Major Varl
Summary
Our last Quarterfinal sees Mr. Jobel taking on the Vervoids

Idk if I’m going mad or my browser is glitching because nobody else seems to have mentioned this, but the image for Kara appears to be an image of Jobel…

I love Jobel (and think his whole bit with Tasambeker is deliciously camp and nasty) but the Vervoids are one of my favourite Doctor Who monsters.

The Vervoids, cause as Mary Whitehouse once famously said…“Their heads look like cauliflower d*cks!”
She was a one.

I’ve always been incredibly impressed by how the design somehow manages to evoke both varieties of sexual organ at the same time. It’s a feat I’ve never seen managed anywhere else on this earth.
