Honestly I would split it 1-6, Enemy Lines/Intervention Earth, and ‘Time War era’ to include War Room if we wanted to split it up.
The overall for all of it badge has to be ‘The Conga Line over Rassilon’s Grave’ though

My thinking of 1-3 is that it’s one long arc, though I can see @sircarolyn having a point with 1-6. I see 1-3 as a single arc and then 4-6 as the Multiverse saga. 7-8 are the outlier for me.

I see why you’re saying 1-3 as distinct from 4-6 but in fairness series 6 is all about wrapping back around and solving the issues they created in series 3. Intervention Earth/Enemy Lines is definitely its own thing though, not quite ‘‘main’’ Gallifrey and not quite Time War

IE/EL is its own thing for sure, but quite small to be its own badge. (Although I guess number of stories is not necessarily relevant to badges – like the ‘completing all televised 8th Doctor stories’ one). If there were to be multiple Gallifrey badges, personally I think 2 (as well as one for all of it) would work best: a pre time war one (up to Enemy Lines), and a time war onwards one.
But there being any Gallifrey badge at all would be amazing!! I sort of want to change my profile picture to a certain other character at the moment, but don’t want to abandon Romana completely, so would really love to be able to set a Gallifrey (i.e. Romana-related) badge as my title!

Would it be worth having a K9 related badge for folks who review a story (any, not even K9. Like we had for reviewing on Xmas) today, or is that maybe taking things a bit too far?

I think that a badge for completing the TV Club for one Doctor could be fun. Like if you have all the Hartnell TV Club badges, then you get a special badge that is a bit more unique. We could do the same for the other clubs, like finishing years 1-3 in the comic club or the whole (?) MR in audio.

My guess is that it could require a lot of manual fixes, and that could be hard. But if it can be done automatically, it would be awesome.
