I’d say Enemy Lines for “completing” Gallifrey.
But you can’t really skip Intervention Earth and Enemy Lines before going into Time War 1.

If you haven’t listened to all of it it’s not complete is it… however splitting badges for pre/post TW is interesting idea. idk what you’d call those badges though… The conga line over Rassilon’s grave and the one rock in this whole turbulent universe? I can’t think of many post TW iconic quotes right now haha

Maybe a badge for Gallifrey up to Time War, since that’s achievable, one for Time War/War Room (not achievable since there’s still two more War Room sets coming), and then one for everything. And then of course one for all the TV appearances.
