Not much River Song love here :broken_heart:

To be honest I have so much to catch up on, I’m still listening to Main Range with the Audio Club and still have a goal to listen to all of the Eighth Doctor audios, plus I have things on my list like War Master and Gallifrey, I don’t know if I’ll be buying new releases for a while.

Except for River and Thirteen!

Well, i am definitely getting the death and life of river song! Nothing else though, since there’s nothing incredibly tempting there and I can’t really afford to buy a bunch of stuff all the time

I voted for getting nothing. At the moment I am still in 2001 with BF. I’m interested in all of it, but I can’t justify buying anything after spending money on preorders for the Thirteenth run.

Won’t be buying any of these right now, but when I eventually get around to listening to some Sixie audios I do plan to check out The Quin Dilemma and Trials of a Timelord, and I’m currently going through the original War Doctor range and loving it, so may listen to the Carley ranges later. I’m interested in what they do with the new River range, so I’ll wait to hear about how it is and maybe get to it at some point, but it’s not one I feel strongly about listening to.

I am admittedly not the biggest River Song fan, but I am a bit interested in how they plan on telling stories with her post-Library (that a part of the remit right?) that doesn’t negate the double-ending of The Husbands of River Song and Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dear.

Please do a spoiler filled review of it when you’ve listened to it :wink:

I have River, War Master, and Susan’s War all preordered but given the state of the website right now I won’t be surprised if we see further pushbacks. Looking forward to all three of those, though - River is obviously beloved, the War Master and Benny are an intriguing pair, and I love Susan and Veklin so I will have fun there

Yes, I’m unsure whether to buy the River boxset. I like long-form storytelling and Rob Valentine, but it’s a lot of money for a story that (given the premise, and that it’s a prequel to Ark in Space) may not interest me! I don’t quite know what to do…
