Audio Club: The Stones of Venice

Honestly, I think the venician setting somewhat pulled me out of this. The tone and vibes of the story area leaning more towards those of a historical, what with cults and curses and so on, but it’s set in the future of our own planet, and the contrast works against the story for me personally.

Exactly the problem I have with the story.

I think this is one more about the journey than the ending. It’s hard to say exactly why I enjoyed this one, but I did. I think something about the atmosphere and performances was easy to get sucked into, because the plot itself was somewhat light.

I also guessed the twist about halfway though, but I dont think that really swing my one way or the other.

I thought it was a good story. There were parts that I was a little confused about and had to go back and listen again, but overall it was interesting. I figured the lady the Doctor and Charley met was important.
