Our return to the Divergence Arc isn’t the greatest story, perhaps, but it’s a decent time with some, dare I say it, Douglas Adams-esque humour mixed into it.
Well worth a listen but definitely not a masterpiece.

I find this a pretty good entry in the Divergent Universe arc. Probably one of the more straightforward stories of this experiment, with som intersting ideas, a fantastic setting and good themes.
8/10
Faith Stealer is an unsettling and thought-provoking entry in the Divergent Universe arc. Its chilling atmosphere, strong villain, and psychological horror elements make it one of the more memorable stories of this era. While the Miraculite feels like an extraneous addition, the cult dynamics and C’rizz’s internal struggles more than make up for it. The result is a gripping and well-crafted tale that explores faith, fanaticism, and the power of belief in a way that lingers long after the credits roll.

6/10 from me, which sounds low but honestly it isn’t for DU. I find it a fun time but not much more… But a fun time with this miserable TARDIS Team where they actually enjoy each other’s company is a rare sight, so I’ll take what I can get.
I like Faith Stealer, it’s probably the 3rd strongest of the DU stories.
I think the comedy lands pretty well across the board, but it does drag its feet a bit in places.
Overall, there are worse ways to spend two hours.
I thought this one was actually pretty good, I really loved the concept, and a lot of the interactions were honestly lots of fun. I think for the divergent univers in total it’s somewhere in the middle / upper middle for me, but kind of just because I liked a lot of the DU audios a little more, and it didn’t blow me away, I just thought it was an interesting one.
While by no means a perfect Story on its own or for its Arc, it’s quite an enjoyable one, and that’s all what I am asking from this arc now. Quite a funny one as well, I had a few chuckles here and there! For further Thoughts, feel free to read my short Review (Spoiler-Free)
I love, love, love, LOVE this story. It’s not perfect but I think it’s a really effective commentary on the need for diversity of belief but the danger in letting that go unfettered. On top of that, it’s really funny with so many amazing one-liners and running gags (mostly from the Church of Serendipity). As someone who went through Catholic School from Pre-K to 8th grade and then had to do a lot of deconstruction about my beliefs and faith, some of the lines toward Jebdal about why she believes what she does just absolutely hit in the gut.
