Any recommendations from people? There’s a few tempting me there:

  • The Doomsday Contract
  • Timejacked
  • The First Doctor Volume 4
  • The War Doctor Begins
  • The Watchers
  • The Helm of Awe

I always grab cheap Short Trips because I can spend more on a sandwich and that’s gone after a few bites.

Doomsday Contract is great fun if you enjoy the Douglas Adams like s17 stories. I also liked the first War Doctor Begins set tho the middle story was boring

Given in to temptation and bought the Fifth Doctor Boxset. (One day I’ll do that chronological Fifth Doctor go through)

Agree, WDB has been getting better with every set. The first one was a bit of a slog, but I really enjoyed the last couple a lot to my surprise

I am tempted by:

  • Respond to All Calls
  • Timejacked!
  • Gallifrey: Time War 1

Is it better to pass on any of these?
Also, It is possible to skip to Gallifrey: Time War 1 after finishing Gallifrey Series 03? Or is that too big of a jump and I will be lost?

I don’t think you’d be lost, but you’d miss out on a lot of character development, especially for Narvin.

Agree, I think you could follow the plot fine but the character stuff you’d have missed would lessen the impact
