Spinning off from another thread - what are the prerequisites for this story?
In terms of what I can think of off the top of my head (and allowing for the fact that it’s been years since I listened to most of these):
Project: Twilight
Project: Lazarus
Forty Five - The Word Lord
Arrangements for War
The Harvest
Thicker than Water (?)
All the Black and White TARDIS stories with Hex, Ace, Sally and Lysandra?
What am I missing?
This might need spoilers, but I’d say the list would be (in this order):
Project: Twilight - Introduces Cassie Schofield, the Forge, Nimrod and the first mention of “little Tommy”.
Project: Lazarus - Continues the Forge/Nimrod arc and sees the “conclusion” of the Cassie arc.
I guess you could stick Arrangements for War here because it somewhat deals with the aftermath of Lazarus for Evelyn (I’ve only listened to it once many years ago and remember no details).
The Harvest - Formally introduces Hex who starts travelling with the Doctor.
While No Man’s Land does deal with the Forge sort of, I would leave it out of the arc proper.
Forty-Five - Introduces the Word Lord. Personally I’d listen to all four stories because while The Word Lord is the most important, the others have the “forty-five” motiff that builds to The Word Lord.
The Angel of Scutari - Sees Hex try to do some good and be a nurse after Enemy of Daleks (which I wouldn’t necessarily add to the Death in the Family prereqs). Leads directly into Project: Destiny. While this also is the start of the Black and White TARDIS, I don’t think that arc is important to this particular thread. The Black and White arc is much more a prerequisite to Gods and Monsters than A Death in the Family.
Project: Destiny - Finishes the Forge and Nimrod arc and leads directly into A Death in the Family.
A Death in the Family
I haven’t heard Thicker Than Water, so I don’t know how important it is to this arc. So, my definitive list would be: Project: Twilight, Project: Lazarus, Arrangements for War, The Harvest, Forty-Five, The Angel of Scutari, Project: Destiny, A Death in the Family. Does that sound accurate @delta?

I guess a similar/follow up question would be what’s the best way to listen/interweave Evelyn and Hex’s audios since they share several plot points and crossover in audios like Death in the Family? Release order? Or are there any other guides/suggestions?

Anything with a ^ in front of it, needs to be listened to in order, to understand the arc, I wouldn’t reccomend skipping as much as you can though as you miss out on a lot of character development and good stories that make the bigger audios hit harder, all of the 6th doctor evelyn stories are free on Spotify except for 100 :))
I don’t think Master takes place immediately after Death in the Family, especially since Ace and Hex continue traveling with the Doctor at the end of Death. I always thought it was meant to take place towards the end of Seven’s life close to the TV Movie.
I’m referring to the
Older 7th doctor who gets erased due to nobody no one killing younger 7 as he “burns back into existence” in Master, 7 near the end of a death in the family stating this
It’s been too long since I’ve listened to Death in the Family.
I’ve built the Prerequisites feature now and want to set it up for A Death in the Family but would like to remain unspoiled please as I’ve not done this yet 
Rather than just “these are the stories you need to listen to first”, they need to be in a chain of requirements, as each story will list previous stories as requirements even if you’re not purposefully trying to do A Death in the Family. That’s the neatest way of doing it.
So considering I know nothing about these and don’t want to be spoiled, is this a good chain of requirements?
Project: Twilight → Project: Lazarus → Project: Destiny → A Death in the Family
and also this as a separate, converging chain?
The Harvest → Forty-Five → The Angel of Scutari → A Death in the Family
Or is it a case that those stories don’t rely on each other but all build together for aDitF? Should only aDitF have all the requirements on it?

The Angel of Scutari also leads directly into Project: Destiny.
I would also argue Arrangements for War and Thicker than Water are prerequisites. Project: Lazarus leads into Arrangements which leads into Water which leads into ADitF!
These stories do not directly lead into each other, but they’re all required for ADitF. The Harvest only slightly (as a companion introduction and also due to one particular scene which comes back to bite in Water and then in Destiny).

As it only works for stories though, should I make all the stories in Forty-Five requirements of each other, in order? Or is it only 1 or 2 of them that are required for this?

Yeah, it’s only The Word Lord. Casualties of War is vaguely connected to (spoilers for it) the Forge and hints at Cassie but it isn’t essential.
