What I think All the Companions Smell Like

This is something I suddenly found myself pondering. Considering the wide variety of companions in the TARDIS, they all have to smell something, right?

The list of companions is probably going to cause debate, so know that I based this off this list.

So, here’s what I imagine all TV companions smell like:

Susan = Bananas
Ian = Sulphur
Barbara = Parchment
Vicki = Grapes
Steven = Whiskey
Katarina = Incense
Sara Kingdom = Dust
Dodo = Cinnamon
Polly = Coffee
Ben = Sea
Jamie = Haggis
Victoria = Seaweed
Zoe = Burned circuitry
Liz = Violets
The Brigadier = Bullets and Bitter
Jo = Tulips
Sarah Jane = Newspaper
Leela = Leather
K9 = Dog
Romana I = Fred
Romana II = Apples
K9, Mark 2 = Engine oil
Adric = Burnt toast
Tegan = Vegemite
Nyssa = Gunpowder
Peri = Eggplant
Mel = Carrots
Ace = Nitroglycerin
Grace = Lip gloss
Chang Lee = Licorice
Rose = Rubber
Adam = Stupidity
Mickey = Pancakes
Martha = Blood
Donna = Tea
Wilf = Wood
Amy = Dandelions
Rory = Salmon
Clara = Lasagna
Bill = Gingerbread

I hope my list won’t generate too hot a debate; this is, after all, just my opinion.

I kinda suspect that K9 initially smelled like that kinda burnt plasticky smell you get when you get new electronics.

Probably wore off after a few days, though.

Do you think they infuse K9’s chassis with essence of dog smell, or does he wear a dog scented air freshener?

I agree with Adric’s. One thing we know for sure is that at the end of his life he smelled burnt

Plus Steven stinks because he was always in the running or prisoner to someone. Plot prohibited him from taking baths. It’s not his fault, but still!

This is a fascinating List, however I have to say there are some which I disagree. For example, Adric does NOT smell like a burnt Toast, that happens when he eliminates all the Dinosaurs, before that he smells like Math.
I am also afraid that Sarah Jane does NOT smell like Newspaper but instead she is smells like the famous Story K9 & Company, how does a Story smell you may ask? WELL, IT JUST DOES :k9:

But yeah overall a good one, I especially strongly agree with K9 Mark 2 smelling like Engine oil, that one was a surprisingly good Guest!
