This is where I reveal that, in my infinite wisdom, I did it one way then changed my mind and started doing it another so it’s a bit of a mess.
I originally thought it should be in the perspective of the Doctor (or Companion / main character if it’s not a main Doctor Who story), so that eg. all of Kaldor is the “present” for Liv.
But then I realised this is silly and it should be tagged based on when it was written. That’s much more sensible.
So yeah we need to go through and fix some things
