Another little tweak!

I had a request for a keyboard shortcut for marking things as spoilers!

I’ve added it now, it is:

Mac:
CMD + SHIFT + X

Windows:
CTRL + SHIFT + X

(As with any update, it won’t work until you refresh the site)
