Wasn’t there a recent announcement[1] that it would drop in early January 2027? I feel like there was a specific date but I forget when. It was widely regarded as the graveyard season for television.

@shauny Quick question to make sure I time my viewing perfectly (and apologies if I missed this being answered elsewhere). Is this starting midnight October 22 UK time or is it local to the user?

I didn’t have any big plans for my birthday but I guess it’ll be very Torchwood oriented lol. Does this start at like midnight, I’ll probably be awake.

As an American I think I’m going to miss out on Class for a year. My only option appears to be buying it digitally off Amazon, but its both cheaper and better to just buy the blu ray. And I dont really want to do that this month, plus it would take some time to ship. (Also not a good omen for the CBBC show that’s so far an iPlayer exclusive. Just let me buy iPlayer please!)

This is my plan as well, I’m going to watch Class, listen to The Secret Diary of a Rhodian Prince, and then see how many of the Torchwood audios I’ve picked up in sales I can get through in the remaining time (Broken, Moving Target, The Dollhouse, Goodbye Piccadilly, Dinner and a Show, Ex Machina, Suckers and The Last Love Song of Suzie Costello).

They just added Class to Kanopy. It’s free, like a library for movies and shows. You make an account and get like 30 tickets a month. The season of Class is like 5 tickets. I actually learned about it through my library.
They also have the movies and first nine seasons of New Who

I only have a few more chapters of Class: Joyride left and wanted to make sure I didn’t actually have to wait until midnight to finish it for it to count. Then I’m going to use this event as an excuse to finally start the Torchwood audios and see how far into the main range I can get in a week :)
