It’s one publisher who got the rights from the Haisman/Lincoln estate (as they wrote Web of Fear and thus technically have the rights to the Brig). If I understand it, it at least started as the Brig’s adventures between Web of Fear and The Invasion showing the creation of UNIT. I’ve only read the first book: The Forgotten Son.
