Now what sort of madmen would be hugging Moomins? ![]()
Finns! At least Finnish children! I did when I was a kid and visited Moominland, which is very near to where I live now!
Oh, and Japanese people as well. They are big Moomin fans!
Happy (belated) anniversary to the TARDIS Guide Meet-Up!
When’s the next one??? ![]()
Good question - we really should organise something.
So we’d have two for a Philly TG meetup you’re saying?
Philly’s not thattttt far from Boston, you could call it three ![]()
Philly’s veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery far from Turku, you could still call it three ![]()
What do you mean? It’s only 6600 kilometers. Borderline walkable.
Oh, it’s definitely walkable (and swimmable). You just need to set the date far enough in the future so that I have time to get there!
Yep, we are not getting any younger!
Well in my opinion you should all come to germany
Better yet: Just do a world tour! I am sure that’s affordable and easy and if not.. people can build their own TARDIS Boat right? ![]()
We should calculate where the exact midpoint between all members is, so that everyone has an equally long way to travel. Then, we will meet up there. Let’s hope it’s not in the ocean!
I feel like we may end up burning up in the Earth’s core
Sounds good to me

Assuming surface average, I’d imagine somewhere in the Atlantic, close to the British Isles. I’d guess most people here are UK, and a significant amount in North America as well as mainland Europe, but if I were guessing its a little more in North America’s favor by total number of people. I’d also guess a good amount of Australians bringing the average a little more South. Probably off the coast of Brittany in the Channel actually.
