Prerequisites no; you can watch it at any time. But as realdoctor and I discussed yesterday in a different thread, there are some references to other classic stories as it features Totters Lane, Telos/Mondas, and Lytton (from Resurrection of the Daleks). You don’t need any background knowledge to understand the serial though. Everything is explained within.
Also none of Six’s serials have any prerequisites except for Trial of a Time Lord. I wouldn’t recommend watching that until you’ve seen all of Peri’s stories, at least those involving Six. The four serials should also be watched in order (Mysterious Planet → Mindwarp → Vervoids → Foe).

The story tries to rely heavily on Tomb of the Cybermen, but as Tomb was already missing at this point, it doesn’t really matter as much. For one thing, there are no cyber head decals anywhere on the planet in Attack.

I wouldn’t really say Trial requires having seen Peri’s earlier stories, and definitely not all of them, it just hits a lot harder if you have.
And yeah AotC is fine without having seen the stories being referenced, but if you do want the fuller context, I’d recommend watching The Tenth Planet, Tomb of the Cybermen, and Resurrection of the Daleks. Not required though. @DontBlink

Some are ones I’ve rated highly but want to refamiliarize myself with, others are rated with default scores because I listened to them long before TG and I hope to give them actual ratings, and others I don’t like but want to give another chance.

Taking a small detour from my relisten marathon (I’ve added many other stories since the above post) to instead revisit most every audio I’ve rated with 1 star. This includes Two’s Company, Last of the Cybermen, some interludes, Doctor of War, some multi-Doctor stories, and a couple short trips.
Substantial time has passed since I’ve listened to these, and I don’t think some of their ratings apply anymore. Since I’ve been increasing ratings on nearly every story I’ve revisited, they may be more like a 1.5 or 2.

I skipped to the end where he showed the tier list, but I disagree with his rankings almost entirely.
The Ultimate Foe in the top two? Balderdash. Twin Dilemma, just okay? Poppycock. I do agree that Mindwarp is probably a lower tier story (though I haven’t watched it in a while…which is probably saying something in itself). I liked Sil in Varos, but he should have stayed a one-off character. The rest of the stories I’d shuffle around a bit. I don’t think I’d put Mysterious Planet on the same tier as Vervoids, for example (I prefer the latter).

Six’s era is one I would have no idea where to begin ranking, because when I think about Six I basically only think of his audios 
. Granted, I’ve only seen most of his serials once, and I haven’t seen The Twin Dilemma, so maybe I need to watch it all again. I did probably enjoy the season 23 serials more than the season 22 serials though - they’re a bit less “Eric Saward”, and I think the trial arc gives Colin his best onscreen moments.
