Insane to think that soon the Episode will be 15 Years old.
But anyway, this is Episode is amazing, a superb Opener and a great Post-Regeneration Story. I must admit it isn’t my favorite out of all the ones we have, but there is so much to love. Smith’s Banter with young Amy is so lovely and just cute! The Sense of Wonder this Story conveys is done so well! The whole “Run” Scene is just epic and great! There is a lot to love for this Story, one of the Stories which deserves all the Love it’s getting for sure! Can’t wait to gush over it again when we reach it on the TV Club!

I was 7, such a perfect age to jump in and start with 11, right? I remember little Amy was 7. Alas I haven’t started learning English until a year later. I don’t believe I fully comprehended the fact we’ll have to start learning English in third grade… Such a long time ago

I remember being turned off a little by the Matt pictures. I kept thinking; “Oh no. They’re going to try and make the Doctor young and cool”.
Boy was I wrong. They made him an old goofball. It was after that I tried to let the media speak for itself, rather than judge the book by its cover. I don’t always succeed, but I try.
PS: also it’s annoying the Karen basically looks the same.
