Destiny of the Daleks vs Shada was HARD. However she is just so cute in Shada that I had to give it to that one.
Sarah’s outfit is also very cute, and it hurts me to vote against it, but Horns of Nimon Romana is just everything to me

See, it took me listening to Gallifrey to have any opinion about Romana at all And I do love her in Gallifrey, but as a companion of the Doctor on TV? She just didn’t really do anything for me.

But I can’t see how people aren’t enamoured by Romana and 4’s relationship for most of their era (before the end when the real life falling out and divorce gets in the way anyway…)

I’ll jump in with my controversial take now which is that I think Romana’s Ribos outfit is more dramatic than it is actually good, and I like it way more without the coat

That Romana and Sarah one was hard I am giving my Vote here for Sarah simply because I know the Horns of Nimon Look will get its Vote anyway (happy for either of two to win this Round honestly)

Romana might not be the best companion ever (on TV) but she is one of the best-dressed for sure. Which is why she always wins against anyone else in my book. As for the Destiny/Shada duel, her pink coat appeals more to me, so I went with Destiny.
Romana against Sarah Jane was a tough one because I adore Sarah Jane’s outfit in Mandragora…

Romana’s Horns of Nimon look vs. Sarah Jane’s outfit was so hard. I went with Romana because it’s the outfit I’d rather wear, but I love Sarah’s dress. Also please I need at least one Clara outfit to make it to the semi-finals.

Romana is the best dressed companion by a long shot, i didn’t like her until i listened to her on audio (Romana 2 that is)

I prefer Romana I (at least early on, before they forgot how to write her in the second half of the season). The big reason is that she’s portrayed as being particularly smarter than the Doctor, at least in book smarts, the academic sense, and she challenges the Doctor in that way. But the Doctor has her beat in experience, and that leads to a bit of a push and pull between them as they go between their different areas of expertise. Romana II in her TV run just for the most part feels like “what if the Doctor was a lady?” and they just get along perfectly, no longer that feeling of sort of friendly rivalry between them.
