Yes, this works amazingly well! We rarely make the dough from scratch because it takes some time. Fortunately, there are good ready-made alternatives out there!

What’s a Jaffa cake? I assume it’s named for Sir Ian Chesterton, Knight of Jaffa?
And you can’t turn a cheesecake upside down while keeping it’s structural integrity.
And if you have chocolate side down the chocolate has a greater impact on your taste buds.
Leave the British adherence to tradition in the bin, and turn that digestive (and that frown) upside down
