The center of the universe would have changed a lot by the 36th century.
There would be an original center of the universe, a few galaxies most unhinabited except for Skaro.
Then the entropy wave and perhaps the flux shifted the center of the universe to terminus.
Because if t.he 36th century center of the universe is the same as the Og one, then that means that the universe closed on itself and that far away planets eventually became closer. Either that or someone or something brought them back.
