The mention of the Dominion Cold War made me seen that 3 out of 4 episodes I looked into fits better in the Cold War category (while Alpha lists them as “Arc: Dominion introduction”).

Yeah, that’s a big enough arc on its own that there are several sub-arcs within it. The earlier episodes like the ones with the Ferengi trying to open up trade with the Dominion, or we meet people fleeing from the Domininion are kind of an arc within that, the first contact in The Jem’Hadar and The Search is another, Changeling Infiltration, even the Klingon-Cardassian War is tied into it since it’s the Dominion’s Changeling operatives putting the two factions against each other.
