Oh yeah look I even added one here a long time ago.
So it’s just an issue of you finding the keys on your keyboard. I know it’s easy on a Mac, not sure how to add them on a PC but should definitely be doable.

If I type : sob : (but close together) like I do on the forum daily, it doesn’t work on the review. Not a clue asides from maybe copy and paste but a wee emoji button would be fab someday!
Oh no thats just how forums and Discord work, you just need to use the emoji picker in the same way you’d do on your phone.
Mac:
(I have it so the emoji picker pops up as soon as I press )

Not sure if this has been discussed before (you know what my memory is like) but is there any possibility of hyperlinks being included in reviews. A lot of mine sometimes reference other reviews I’ve written and I just wrote one for The Sons of the Crab where I referenced something else I reviewed recently.
I don’t want hyperlinks to other websites because that creates a huge moderation burden.
But if you mean links to other parts of the site… interesting…
Yeah, I mean being able to link to my other reviews if I’m making points that span them. A lot of the ones from my earlier marathon days link with each other when I was talking about tropes or themes across certain time periods (likes Westerns or WW1). It might be a useful feature if you can put it in (without opening it up to links beyond the site).
That is a good point. I know I’d also have to use links to my other reviews because I sometimes refer to them or to stories I have reviewed before.
