I think “elimination” is a bit of a misnomer, but I’m not sure what a better word would be. It’s not really eliminated from the list, but essentially eliminated means “this one lost” and the others still have a chance, depending on how the choices on the last place option get moved.

Oh we call this preferential voting here in Australia, that makes a lot more sense if they’re using that system. I do think the way the site presents the rounds certainly isn’t helping with the confusion, but knowing it redoes it every time a new vote is added certainly makes it make more sense.

Probably a bit controversial, but I am rarely big on the Finales, in general. That said, yes, ranking them was tricky, might change my Mind a few Days later but for now that would be it.
