Fan Productions (accepted)
Candy Jar
Or go full out and call it “90s Who (assorted)”
Or for full accuracy “86-90s Who (assorted)”

The ranges are supposed to be broader than that. Certainly Candy Jar wouldn’t get it’s own range.
