I’ve only heard Chris Eccleston on audio in “Time Lord Immemorial” from Once and Future where he was really good opposite David Warner’s Doctor

I am mildly excited to hear this news.
No doubt we have a Micky/Adam/Captain Jack story coming. They’ll all have to be just out of the room and spoken to like they used to do in Neighbours when the actors had a day off, by shouting to them up the stairs, then saying things like: “Are you listening to me? Hey, Des! Oh, he must have his headphones on again…”

There’s room to explore honestly, I think it’ll be great I really love this duo and have always wanted more. I am finding it funny though like… 8’s arc box sets became popular, they move everything to boxsets but without arcs (annoying), bi-monthly becoming a regular thing for now a 4th range… (Torchwood, Benny, 9DA’s and 13DA’s…)

I think it was genuinely just for one line, I’d be shocked if they brought him back and would rather they didn’t. I can’t see Eccleston agreeing either tbh even recast. He does have quite a lot of input in his stories.
