I have seen all of Classic, but I have fewer points than you. But that’s because I’m only rating the New Who episodes after I’ve rewatched them.

Yeah, I’m kinda in @MrColdStream’s boat. I’ve rated all of Classic, but a lot of the Modern series is still unrated because I haven’t watched it recently enough to accurately rate it.

One thing I’m missing is that you used to be able to see some of the badges that you hadn’t earned (such as completing the Tenth, Eleventh, Twelfth Doctors).
Also, what happened to the complete 10/20/etc Dalek/Cyberman/UNIT/Silence/etc stories badges? I thought I had some of those.

You can? It used to show the “rate all Eleventh Doctor TV stories” and similar badges grayed out. Now, this is what I can see:
