I don’t know since I love most of them. Probably Flatline or Under the Lake/Before the Flood.
Flatline is great. Before the flood 2 parter is ok not my fave but its great you like it

Agreed - I like 11/Clara, 10/Donna, and 11/Amy (Rory’s okay, too) a lot, but 12/Clara and 12/Bill/Nardole are absolute chef’s kiss for me
