Hello,
Wanted to add a quote to a certain story, but one thing led to another, so here we are.
My name is Steve McQwark, obviously my real name. I’m from just outside Glasgow, Scotland but I currently work in Tokyo, Japan.
I started watching Doctor Who in 2005 as a wide-eyed, terrified child being exposed to the Empty Child, but somehow I came back for more and I’m still here 20 years later.
My favourite Doctors are Hartnell, Troughton and Pertwee, although the order of which changes almost every day. My favourite story is The Tomb of the Cybermen, and my favourite Big Finish play is Davros.
I’m currently doing a couple of readthrough of some Target novelisations, some I’ve already read, others I’m reading for the first time, so currently I’ve just started Doctor Who and the Wheel in Space.
My move to Japan has meant that I’ve had to leave most of my physical collection at home, however, it has given me a lot of time to catch up with the stacks of Big Finish that I’ve missed over the years, to the point where I most certainly have become addicted, and I’m dying to chew the fat about it with everyone!
My favourite ranges so far include The War Master, The Ninth Doctor Adventures, and the New Adventures of Bernice Summerfield. I am partial however, to the Companion Chronicles and the First, Second and Third Doctor Adventures.
Hope to have a good chinwag with you all very soon!
