Doctor Who is still a niche brand.
Tom and Jerry has been a stable part of childhoods worldwide for decades!

A CMF series at the very least would be good. Plenty of characters for a few CMF blind boxes.
I guess my surprise by the rumours is that Tom And Jerry don’t seem to have the same cultural relevance as they used to. I can’t even think when the last time I saw any TV show based around them. The Tom & Jerry Show was very popular in the 2000s when I was a kid, but I don’t think there’s a modern equivalent.
Although I feel like Warner Bros. are just very bad at handling their IPs. The Looney Tunes brand has also been treated appallingly, as a way to claim on tax rebates rather than to actively engage an audience.

Lovely Thread! Can only echo what others have said here, LEGO Doctor Who, be it a Game or just some Sets or even just a Minifigures Series would be a delight! I think you can do a lot with that franchise, if this ever happens, who knows. Would be a shame if it doesn’t, just going off LEGO Dimensions, there is clearly a lot of Love for Who at the People who worked on those, but we shall see!
