In terms of recommendations: I looked through some of what you have and if the number don’t lie, somebody likes 8 very much, so have here some recommendation from his long tenure:
Comic: The Flood (utterly amazing, one of the 21ths best Cybermen Stories)
Book: The Crooked World (Part of the EDA Range, but one very standalone I’d say)
Otherwise, in terms of other Doctors:
Scratchman (Great Book!)
Fanfare for the Common men (Amazing Audio, listen to it if you like the beatles)
Farewell Great Macedon (Utterly brilliant, especially for pure historical fans)
