So they have praise for the new who Doctors except Thirteen and dislike all the classics except Troughton, Sylvester, and Tom? I wasn’t expecting that honestly. Also the “ranking” aspect makes no sense because Sylvester is near the “bottom”, but his description is more favorable than Pertwee who they put near the top.

Tennant has to be one of the most universally beloved
It even admits that it’s a ranking based purely on popularity and not who’s actually the “best” doctor. What a pointless and biased piece of writing. These kind of articles are so baffling – they’re so nonsensical it’s hard to believe they are actually written by real human beings with minds.
