Not big on Finales, especially when it’s RTD. I am morbidly interested to see how it will play out, and I am excited to see what the new Director has in store.

I always love a trailer, gets me hyped!! AFAIK Wish World is one of the very few occasions we’ve never had one. For a part 2 I can get, but a part 1 is unprecedented.

I am the opposite. I wish that they had shown nothing after the last episode. That the last thing was the TARDIS blowing up.

I’d disagree on the amount of promotional material, there’s only been that what to expect video with footage. The preview clip too, but we always get one of those. I don’t consider it a trailer myself.

I’m cautiously optimistic for this episode!! I still have the sour taste of last year’s finale in my mouth, but to me that was mostly because of the answers (or even non-answers) to the series mystery boxes surrounding Ruby and her mum. We have much less of those this season, only really the random appearance of Poppy and I’m pretty sure I can tell what’s going on there. So fingers crossed we’re going into a promising finale which I think could be exploring some really interesting ideas from my own theorising!!!

Quite excited. This season has been a banger - no nad episodes so far, so even if this two-parter ends up being a dud, Season 2 will go down in history as one of the strongest in all of Who.

Strange sense of numbness to be honest. I let myself get hyped up for last year’s finale, but then I mostly enjoyed last year’s season more than this one. Felt so let down by The Legend of Ruby Sunday and Empire of Death that I’m unable to be excited by tomorrow.
Not out of belligerence, I just have a flavour of how the team still approach finales and roundups and resolutions and even though Wish World can hit the ground running in a way Legend couldn’t I’m still way more cautious than excited.
I’ve also only properly enjoyed 2 episodes this season so hype would be far less than last year anyway.
But, what of the positives? Well, I didn’t like how Legend began. Here, we already know the Rani is integral and so it can start from surer footing. Also, Archie Panjabi was really good in what little we saw of her so I’m sure she’ll provide some great moments.
There’s the possibility of Susan, Ruby is coming back and even though there’s no guarantee I’ll enjoy the explanation/resolution I hope there’ll be something enjoyable off-kilter about the journey there, the Doctor and Belinda being married in a world that’s wrong.
And, obviously, there’s the chance it will be absolutely brilliant. I always know that’s a possibility even when I’m not the most optimistic so I never uncross those fingers.
I’ll know more in about 13.5 hours time

Was the first instance of no trailer in 2010 when The Pandorica Opens finished, cut to silence/black, and then we had nothing for a week? I recall that happening and kind of loving it. Built up more anticipation.
