I have never in my life been invested in the Eurovision, so I don’t have very high expectations for this one. I also find musical episodes to be extremely hit or miss (in my experience, we need to know the characters very well and the songs have to be integrated naturally and with a logical (in-universe) explanation, or it just doesn’t land - which I’m not sure is possible at this point with Doctor Who). This era doesn’t have a great track record with original songs in my opinion, which also isn’t making me super excited. But who knows! I love camp Doctor Who, so maybe this will be exactly what I want.

That was a lot to take in.
I’m so glad Carol Ann Ford is back, after all these years, we finally have Susan Foreman back on screen.
Overall pretty fun episode.
