onto other topics, uk vs the world series 3 starts filming monday! i’m really excited to find out the (leaked) cast. it’s just a shame it won’t air until next year. the rumours rn keep changing drastically!

Idk if anyone’s watching US S17 rn… the ball episode yesterday? Really disappointing. I didn’t like the first category at all, very uninspired bar Arriety. Its wild to me how skinny fashion queens get away with so much whereas if a plus size queen wore the same thing, they’d be ripped to shreds.
Having only American Drag Race to watch rn feels so bizzare I’m so used to being fed tons of franchises 
So… Uk vs The World S3 cast has leaked, but at the moment there’s only 10 queens rumoured so 1 down from S2… Its gonna be leaked soon if its a 10 queen cast or who the final queen is.
The most interesting thing to me is 1 less American and 1 less UK queen than S2 which I LOOOOVE. From the cast, I know Fontana from Sverige she was fab, Melinda is a great choice too. Not a huge fan of Minty, I think they could’ve chosen someone else from PH, The German queen I don’t remember she was like 2nd out, not seen Mexico, and the Thailand choice I wasn’t a huge fan of For anyone who’s seen it, the cast is kinda giving AS6 with a lot of wildcards.
Kate Butch!!! Absolutely loved her in her season. (And a huge Who fan too).

Yess!! Me too. I had the chance to meet her at Drag Con 2024 but didn’t as I watched the season late out of spite at the lack of Scottish representation
I reckon she’ll make the finale but doubt they’d crown another UK queen… You never know though!
Philippines All Stars is about to start filming, I am SO excited. This is such a good franchise, I’d recommend get WOW+ for a month and watch all three, there’s a decent mix of English and Tagalog so its less strenuous if you don’t like subtitles.

Started Down Under Season 4 last night. Something about it seems a bit cheaper than usual and, I don’t know, but the queens all feel very samey.
The one from Auckland is trying really hard to be ‘a bitch’ from the get-go and getting next to no response from the others but none of the others are standing out yet. Quite like the one who one the maxi-challenge though.

I didn’t fully watch, skimmed the later half as got burnt out with all the ones last year. I liked S4 though, it felt different with Michelle and I liked her as a host. I think Down Under seriously needs a revamp, take a year break and get a new company / studio as their production is soooo budget.
Not sure on the bitchy one but I think Lazy Susan is the one who won, I liked her a lot!!!
There were rumours of a Down Under All Stars… Not sure its happening for sure though. There’s been I think 3 returnees from Down Under on All Stars so far on the international ones.
Well! This morning they just announced Drag Race Philippines Slaysian Royale which is basically vs The World!!! It’s gonna be Philippines queens with asian queens from other franchises. Honestly, considering how popular the Philippines franchise is I’m surprised but this could be incredible.
I’d love to see Sum Ting Wong from UK S1!!!
Watched episode 2 of Drag Race Down Under Season 4 last night and my wife and I both commented on how we can hardly tell most of the queens apart. No one is really standing out and it’s all a bit lacklustre. Did enjoy the ‘good Sandies’ girl group though.
