I understand the iffyness in deliberately erasing what could be someone else’s favourite story, or just the ethics of lost media within this franchise in general…

But man, I sure hope no one misses Fear Her too much, because I want to see Marco Polo restored to its former glory!

I don’t think I could name my least favorite writer, hard to define when there are plenty of times a one-off wrote an episode/serial I hate. Not sure who I’d say is my least favorite character, but I’m confident in Moffat being able to write a character I don’t like in a way I could re-evaluate. I don’t think I’d want to see Clara ruined by my least favorite writer, whoever that may be.

As to the lost media question, I wouldn’t wish any story to become lost media, even as a trade.
