Had a dream I died but I had Captain Jack’s immortal lifeblood. And that when my kitten died, I gave her a drop of blood and she slowly healed over time. And then she was immortal same as me. That was a nice dream but now I’m sad lol.
The second dream had very little to do with Doctor Who, but it was about “The Witch of Totterslane Hill”… It had its own little theme music jingle too, and was about if you committed sin, and decided to drive left towards Totterslane Hill, instead of heading forwards, you’d meet the veiled witch who would kill you/trap you there. For all eternity for your sins. And so the locals invented a jingle, sung by an elderly man, “For if you come across ‘Totterslane Hill’ (signpost), do not turn towards the view, for we will all be dragged back down the hill…”
What I will say, I do not remember off the top of my head that Totters lane is a doctor who thing. If a subconscious memory exists, it’s deep down in there, and I had to research why Totters lane sounded familiar afterwards
Yeah, that is not something I’d be able to recall without research so it’s interesting to me that I remembered it enough to name an area after it in a dream.
I think the dream where shauny was trying to add every single thing anyone who played the Doctor said in character as the Doctor to the site still qualifies as my most recent Doctor Who dream… (And no, don’t really remember context on that now.)
The most recent Doctor Who related dream I can remember featured a friend and I going to a book club where we had to bring a book with a title that best represented us
My friend brought the EDA Vampire Science, and revealed she was a vampire, then promptly left to go hunt Timelords
Reading more Blood Cell before bed was a mistake because I had my first DW dream in forever
Despite him claiming he’d never come back to DW, my friend and I walked past Peter Capaldi running in costume so he could get somewhere in time for a secret shoot. He was in a new, fancy, green coat with Gallifreyan on it as a pattern!
After he was done we bumped into him again, and I got a photo with him. He was very sweet and chill, and seemed to appreciate me being understanding of him not coming back and not acknowledging what I saw earlier lol
My husband has been ill today, totally wiped out. He thinks it’s either norovirus or the shrimp he had at the beach bar…
Anyway, he was sleeping while I was working on the website on my laptop on the balcony, and when I came inside to see him he woke from a “fever dream” and I asked him what it was about. He said:
“All I could hear was Miriam Margolyes saying Meep Meep!”
