The thing about having all the options be characters (as opposed to a mix of objects, pre/suffixes, and general wordplay like in regular connections), especially in this large a franchise, is that there’s always gonna be a second set of answers. For instance, here’s what my brain convinced itself was absolutely the right answer:

Grace is a nurse, not a Doctor. (This is Ryan’s gran). The Twelfth Doctor is not a Doctor in that sense. And River Song is sometimes a professor.

Ruby Sunday doesn’t die on screen? Apart from a fake-out. Neither does our universe Jackie.

RTD characters covers way more than that, also the BF series one (but I know that happens)
