Strictly speaking, the suggested image is a promo pic ~ but it very closely resembles an actual moment in the episode that I think it’s still a fine option. (The actual scene is also fairly dark, whereas this image is clear and bright, so it works well.)
True! Whilst it isn’t a screenshot, a lot of them work really well cause they’re a mix of screenshot and promo pics.
I don’t have it downloaded, but could the picture for Prof Yana be the old War Master pic? Because BF’s only distinction for them so far has been Derek Jacobi having a beard or not.

(Er, why do we have a generic character entry for people from Rome?)
It was because they are quite a recurring theme. I suppose it should be a Trope or something? Or rely on just Location and Time Travel?
Why not? All roads lead to Rome(ans)…
Trope might be the way to go. The Romans in “The Romans”, “The Last Centurion”, and “Eaters of Light” are different Romans…
I also have ‘Character’ entries for lots of Alien species and don’t really like that, but I do want them for the big ones like Daleks and Cybermen so not really sure what to do about that.
Honestly, I quite like it. I like seeing which Who stories feature characters from that culture / civilisation. It lets me see connections between stories I hadn’t made before.
They always get started. They happen everywhere there’s people.
I don’t mind having something indicating all those stories have Romans, I just don’t think they should be a character…
Maybe we separate species/ethnic groups from characters?
Probably as a result of my Romans guide, which I know you haven’t forgotten about:
Trope please.
