I don’t really think they stick out, and it’s not like there’s really any unified look among all the characters anyways. But it is nice to have some unity among the Doctors when we’ve got official portraits of them in a consistent style

My pitch is for The Unicorn and the Wasp. Currently we have a shot of the Doctor and Donna, but I was browsing Tragical History Tour and saw this particular one [see below] and just thought it was a good alternative. My suggestion lacks the Doctor and Donna, but it has Agatha Christie who is a main focus and selling point of the episode.

Combine that with the fact that a lot of S4 thumbnails on here already have the Doctor and Donna front and centre, and I just thought it’d give the site some variety whilst also still being instantly recognisable

An excellent idea for a thread! Personally, I feel like The Witch’s Familiar · Doctor Who S9 • Episode 2 · TARDIS Guide, could do with another screenshot, as, while the current image with Davros is a good shot, I believe that the promo with 12 and classic series Daleks is brilliant, and worthy of being featured on the guide.

Nice! I’ve been looking at them a lot for DWDR so there’s a couple I’d maybe suggest altering.

I’ll always remember the S7B promo artworks they did, I loved them. Each episode had a movie style poster, and I thought it’d be neat to include them!

Given the choice, I’d go for the textless version because on smaller scale it’d be harder to read the text - and the site already has the title beneath the image anyway - but I love that poster!

Pitch for Frontier in Space.

I feel the current one spoils the reveal at the end of the story. Even though it’s from the 70s, it’s still a spoiler if you’re not aware of the sort-of link between Frontier and Planet. Using Shauny’s guidelines, my suggestion would avert this, and my screenshot showcases the Draconians who are major players in the story. I think they’re more recognisable for Frontier than the one we currently have.
