Yes, if you want to be promoted to Trust Level 3.
It’s so that only the most active users reach that level. It’s not necessary for everybody.

No, you can create episode discussion posts if you want, but not TV Club posts

The TV Clubs are created by the staff and follow a certain, pre-determined schedule (one TV story per week on Mondays, alternating between Classic and Revival/Spin-offs).

Do that. But please make them one at a time and have some aspects of the episodes that you want to talk about. Episode discussions that are just an episode title usually don’t get too much discussion because most people have not seen the episode recently.
