I refuse to subscribe to the idea that Six regenerated. I prefer the old school Colin-approved belief that Six never had a proper regeneration scene, therefore every Doctor since then has been a double/imposter.
That being said, I have read Spiral Scratch which was the first attempt at giving him a regeneration scene. But it doesn’t count because Colin wasn’t actually involved

The badges work!
Basically for patrons there is a thread “design your own badge”. This was @flora_snow00’s contribution. I would consider making them for other Doctors but they are a LOT. Thirteen is probably the best ratio of manageable but challenging.
But let’s not discuss new badges here, there is another topic for that
