@handles fortune
My sources say no
Is that it Handles? You are the worst psychic ever!
Me neither, or that he gives quotes!
Quote of the day, please! @handles quote
Gratitude is riches. Complaint is poverty. — Doris Day
Maybe you simply don’t have a future.

It is certain
Okay yeah, he is rubbish!
We have a much better, AI-powered bot available but I’m afraid to launch him into this forum…
Anyway this is a rather large detour from the subject of The Rapture
Come on Grandpa Shauny, you can trust us!
I don’t think you can. We’d use the bot for bad memes, Scandi Super Club jokes, Elimination Game corrections and too many posts about bloody pickled herring!

Cool, thinks Delta.
Reads post from @BillFiler saying he thinks it’s not too bad. I agree thinks Delta. I wonder where this discussion goes and how I can contribute.
Reads a bunch of posts teasing an AI…
Bloody Scandinavians…
Thanks! We love you too
This one is very much a Story I enjoy a lot while listening but after sitting on it, it feels very messy at best, ehhh at worst.
I like some stuff with Ace’s Character. I liked Liam, he worked surprisingly well and it’s a shame he wasn’t used again. I liked the Setting and the Music is stellar…
…but it does handle some subject matters a bit poorly. While I can see the intention of it being overall messy, I don’t think it quite worked for me as much looking back. Especially disappointing since Lidster would write plenty of standout things, as his debut it offers some great Ideas executed decent to poorly.
Interesting concept. Boring execution.
Performances were solid.
So little to say about this one. Didn’t hate it while listening, but less than half an hour later, and it’s already started to leave my head.
3/5
After all these years, I still don’t know how I feel about this one. I love Jim Mortimer’s score (I love his music in general), and the casting of Ace’s brother; but Ace is frequently irritating here. Sylvester’s on good form, but the Doctor is not terribly well written for. The various themes explored here have potential, but that potential is unsatisfactorily resolved (or not).
The most consistent characters are the two villains here, who are very well played.
Overall, The Rapture is just weird, which is usually right up my street. But somehow it doesn’t come together, and I’m not sure why! Legendary DJ Tony Blackburn is a great addition, but such a well-known name could have been given a more meaningful role.
