I, too, haven’t fallen in love with Benny yet and also need to start with Love and War. Just as soon as I can get around to it, I have another couple of books to read first!
But we are going quite off topic 
is Benny ever in Gallifrey? I know Brax is. I don’t even know the history between them or anything.

She is very briefly at the end of 4.2 Disassembled and it’s delightful, but she’s not really important to the plot. But if you have listened to Benny it does add an extra layer to Gallifrey bc of the Brax stuff

I wouldn’t say it is, it’s fleeting and not really plot important, more just a fun cameo. But I do always look forward to seeing her - “And as we’re definitely going to be friends, you can call me Benny”
