Here’s one I did a while back - I found it hard to rank them all, so I sorted them into groups of five (Fourteen is one I was sure is my least favourite, hence why he is on his own at the bottom; Fugitive isn’t included because I don’t feel I know her well enough as an incarnation yet):
I should caveat that I really love all the Doctors though - this is entirely personal preference, and it’s usually pretty heavily influenced by which Doctors I’m watching/listening/reading a lot of at the time I’m making the list!
